Refund and Returns Policy & Process
This Refunds & Returns Policy governs all orders placed through Pantry360’s Online Store.
Pantry 360 is dedicated to providing products of the highest quality. Whilst we are sure you will love everything you have ordered, if something is not correct with the order or the product purchase, please let us know, within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Pantry 360 will only accept returns for the following scenarios:
- Goods damaged or faulty prior to collection or delivery
- Goods that vary from their description on this website
- Goods supplied incorrectly
We take extreme care to ensure the products you receive meet our quality standards. However, if you do receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us to arrange for the item to be returned, replaced or refunded.
Please contact us either by phone, email or via the Contacts page on the website to make appropriate arrangements to return any goods. Please return the product/s to our Newstead Store in the original condition within 10 days of receipt, including a copy of your receipt, and we will replace or refund your purchase using the original payment method.
