Produced from fresh red chilli grown in Stanthorpe, this chili paste can be used on top of dishes or as an ingredient in recipes. Often used in Asian cuisine, it can be used in any dish you wish to add fresh and spicy taste to and is much easier to manage than fresh chillies.
