Ingredients (makes 8 large muffins)

2 cups Self Raising Flour
1 cup Bundaberg White Sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
250g Beach Brewing Unsalted Cultured Butter (plus a little extra to grease 2 large muffin pan)
2 Free Range River Gum Eggs
1/2 cup Scenic Rim 4 Real Unsweeted Natural Yogurt
1/2 cup Scenic Rim 4 Real Milk
1/2 cup chopped fruit


  1. Heat oven to 170degrees
  2. Grease large muffin pans with melted butter
  3. Mix flour, sugar and baking powder
  4. Melt butter
  5. In a separate bowl mix melted butter, yogurt, milk and eggs
  6. Mix wet and dry ingridents together, be careful not to over mix
  7. Spoon into muffin pans
  8. Bake for approximatley 15 minutes or until they smell delicious
